Below are select photos from a range of completed residential and commercial construction projects. My experience includes the successful development of major national retailers such as Family Dollar, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Save-A-Lot, Lidl grocery stores, Kay Jewelers, and Walmart, as well as custom-built restaurants, multi-tenant strip malls, and large-scale shopping complexes.

Many of these projects involved full property development, beginning with land clearing and site preparation, followed by underground storm and sanitary sewer installation, and continuing through vertical construction and final completion.

The projects showcased span small-box retail developments to large commercial shopping centers, completed across multiple municipalities. The list below highlights the municipalities where commercial projects have been successfully delivered, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex developments across diverse locations and requirements.
